Lavenders Blue gets first festival selection in Zagreb
Saranne Bensusan‘s Danish language short film Lavender’s Blue has been selected for the one take film festival in Zagreb, Croatia which takes place 19-21 October.

The move from CreateSpace
August the first heralded a change as CreateSpace ceased to be Amazon‘s preferred media creation tool for filmmakers and musicians.
Amazon moved their disc creation dools over to a new site (manufacturing.amazon.com) and in the process finally added the option to sell blu ray discs!
Trip to Borehamwood to support an independent film project
over the weekend, Lawrence took a trip to Borehamwood, to lend his support to an independent film, Jack Southeast, which was getting its first UK screening
Michael Chapman’s film Jack SouthEast, which is currently out on the festival circuit at the moment, and star Ménage du Trois‘s Mark Preston along with Penny Judd and Michael himself. The three of them previous appeared together in Sonia Mason‘s Cop v. Freak, which was shot by Saranne Bensusan

As we get towards the end of the year, their are fewer deadlines and submissions, and we find that the calendar is for the most part dominated by the actual events themselves, the first of the month has several deadlines though.
