Director Showreel Day, invites filmmakers to share their work on social media using the hashtag #DirectorShowreelDay
In our ongoing mission to make our films as accessible as possible, we have today added Portuguese subtitles to Mano a Mono. These are also available on the Vimeo and YouTube streams of the film, both have a “CC” button on the video timeline
The next Director Showreel Day is nearing and will take place on August the 9th, so you have the weekend to get your showreels in place.
The event is a chance for filmmakers, to show off their work on a day when agents and other filmmakers will be on the lookout for the work being posted.
We work with lots of different actors, and often give new actors opportunities to shine in front of the camera. So what if you are new and don’t know much about how to promote yourself? Here are a few tips to help you get your name out there:
From The 3rd Story Productions like to keep you informed via social media, and we’re sure that many of you use it, so why not keep up with us on your favourite social medial platform.
This is usually the first place that we’ll announce new projects, cast or crew openings, new releases or keep you up to date with the progress of an ongoing project.
At From The 3rd Story Productions we are proud to be supporting the first #DirectorShowreelDay, which will take place on January 31st 2017.
Post your Showreel on the Tuesday 31st, with the hashtag #DirectorShowreelDay so that we can get it trending, do not post before or after the 31st!
As well as our newer short films now having subtitles in English and Spanish as some with other languages (check the “CC” button on the Vimeo timeline, below the timeline on YouTube) these subtitles are now available for festivals to download as Sub Rip Text Files from our Website.
Saranne‘s Album is now available to listen to online at no charge
