Saranne Bensusan‘s new short Menage du Trois starring has started its run of competition submissions with submission to the court metrage at Cannes Film Festival. The award-winning film-maker’s recent films The Hunting of the Snark and Mano a Mono both enjoyed great festival success. We should learn whether or not the film has been selected in April.

two years ago we presented our Stop-motion animation The Hunting of the Snark, directed by Saranne Bensusan, at the Marché du Film and it was subsequently distributed on VOD and DVD,

We learned today that among the many awards that The Hunting of the Snark has won over the last eighteen months, was the Best Animated Narrative Feature at the California Online Viewers Choice Awards. we can only apologise for not recognising this award sooner, it has been a very busy year for the Snark,however we would like to say that we are very please with with the decision and would like to thank all those that voted for it.

hot on the trail of the Portsmouth film festival’s award, Saranne Bensusan‘s stop-motion adventure The Hunting of the Snark has been awarded Best Animated Feature by the Maverick Movie Awards. Our director, Saranne Bensusan, received two nominations for Best Director and Best Editing. There was a “Best Music” nomination for our composer, Guthrie Lowe, for his wonderful score. Last but by no means least, a Nomination for Special achievement in Art Direction & Set Design (Saranne Bensusan and Chris Wright)
